($1250. 00 Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out
of the unappropriated f balance o the general fund for tLe fisc@,l
year ending Marcn 31st , 1932, to Pay tla(', saiary for
assistant
City Attorney for ten (10) months, beginning June 1st , 1931, and
ending March 31st , 1932.
SECTION - The fact that no appropriation has heretofore
been made covering the above mentioned items and tna,t parts of
said items are now due or will be snortly due, creates an emer
gency, and the rule requiring the reading of ordinances on three
several days is hereby suspended, an(i this ordinance sliali take
