AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TIME OF THE REGULAR MEETINGS
OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXA , r.ND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the Board of Aldermen shall hold its regular
meetings on each Monday evening at 7:00 o 'clock P.M.
during the months of October, November, December, Jan-
uary, February and .March; and at 7:50 o 'clock P.M. dur-
ing the months of April, Dray, June, July, August and
September.
SECTION 2.
The fact that the present ordinance requires the
meetings of the Board of Aldermen at 7:50 o'clock P.M.
and that it is necessary and advisable that the Board
of Aldermen meet at a earlier hour, creates an emergency;
and the rule requiring the reading of ordinances on three
several days is hereby suspended and this Ordinance shall
go into effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
