An Ordinance granting unto the Wichita Valley
Railway Company, the Missouri, Kansas & Texas
Railway Company of Texas, and the �iichita Falls
& Southern Railway Company, jointly, a franchise
to use and cross Eleventh and Twelfth Streets
East of Ohio Avenue, and west of the main line
track of the Wichita Valley Railway Company in
the city of Wichita Falls, 'Uichita County, Texas,
for the purpose of extending a spur railway track
across said streets:
BE IT ORDAINED by Board of AlAormen of the city
of Wichita Falls, 71ichita County, Texas;
1. That there be gbanted to t1le, `w'wichita Valley
Railway Company, the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway Company
of Texas, and the Wichita Falls & Southern Railway Company,
jointly, a franchise to use and cross Eleventh and Twelfth
Streets east of Ohio Avenue and west of the main line track
of the Wichita Valley Railway Company in the city of dichita
Falls, Texas, for the purpose of extending a spur rails7ay
track from the main line of the ,dichita Valley Railway Company's
track south of Twelfth Street and east of Ohio Avenue in Wichita
Falls, Texas, over and across Twelfth Street in said city, and
an elongation of said track over and across Eleventh Street in
said city, all of which is fully shown by a plat and map of
the said spur track attached hereto and made a part hereof for
all purposes, and marked exhibit "A' ".
2. That the purpose of said track is to connect with
the spur track of the Wichita Valley Railway Company at a point
sho,,�n on said plat and map as point "A", and to extend over and
across said Twelfth Street and on the rear of Lots Nos. Five (5) ,
Six ( 6) , Seven ( 7) , and Eight ( 8) ,and Nine (9) in Block No. One
Hundred and Ninety-seven (197) of the original townsite of Wichita
Falls, Texas, and to extend on and across Eleventh Street to a
point shown on said mpa and plat as point "E".
3. That this franchise authorizes the placing of the
said spur track over and across Twelfth Street as is shown on said
plat by the green curved line "All to "B", and across said Eleventh
Street by the red curved line extended from the northeast corner
of the said Lot No. Nine (9) above described, across
Eleventh Street to point "E".

made an ordinance of said city of Wichita Falls, Texas, at a
regular session of such Board of Aldermen on the day
