BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDEW� EN OF THE CITY OF
W IC HIT A FALLS-), TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of zt,200,00 be and the same is here-
by appropriated out of the unappropriated balance of the General 17und
for the year ending March 31, 1933, to pay the cost of jury fees in
the Corporation Court of said City.
SECTION 2. The sum of 13363.25 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the unappropriated balance of the Street Fund for
the fiscal year ending T,iarch 31 , 1933, to pay the obligation of the
City to Lee Filson under grading contract dated August 13, 1925 .
SECTION 3. The fact that no appropriation has heretofore
been made covering the above mentioned items, and that all items are
now due or will be due in the near future, creates an emergency, and
the rules requiring the reading of ordinances on three several days
is hereby suspended, and this ordinmlce shall take effect, from and
after its passage and appr oval.
