the original bonds with current coupons attached, and likewise ex-
hibits an order to the Comptroller to deliver the refunding bonds
signed by the Mayor. The exchange may be made in one or in several

cribed in Section 1 hereof shall be eligible for exchange for any
of the refunding bonds authorized to b.1. issued hereby. The parti-
