S ACTION 1.
That it shall herea�ter be unlawful for any person to
enter or attempt to enter any place of public amusement , theater,
moving picture show, athletic exhibition or other entertainment
when any exhibition, performance or entertainment is being given
without paying the admission fee and without having an entrance
ticket andegainst the consent off' the owner, lessee , agent or man-
ager thereof.
C_CTION 2.
Any person who shell violate this Ordinance shell be
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction small be fined in any
sum not to exceed Two Hundred ( 200 .00) Dollars.
SECTION 3.
The fact that there is no Ordinance in the City of Wichita
Falls prohibiting persons from entering places of public amuse-
ment wi ,-hout paying admission fee creates an emergency and the
rule reauirin" ordinancelto be read on three several days is here-
by suspended, and this ordinance shall take effect from. and aft-
er its passage and all.roval.
