BE IT ORDAINED BY THE; BOARD OF A DI E M,°EN OF THE CITY OF
f ICHIr'A FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That it shall hereafter be unla:rful for any person by talk-
ine,, w1 istling, clapping of the hands , stomping of the feet, or
any rude or indecent act or conduct to disturb the audience at
any place of amusement, show, theater, exhibition or other law-
ful assAmbly or meeting in the City of !�lichita Falls, Texas.
SECTION 2.
Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall 'be fined in
any sum not to exceed Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars .
SECTION 3.
The fact that there is now no ordinance prohibiting dis-
turbances at places of amusement and other meetings and gather-
ings in the City of Wichita Falls creates an emergency, and the
rule requiring Ordinances to be read on three several day: is
hereby suspended and this Ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage and approval .
