AN ORDINANCE AWAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SUPPORT OF
THE CITY GOVERNMENT UNTIL THE FIR&L ADOPTION OF A BUDGET F�,rD PAS-
SAGE OF A GENERAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE YEAR BEGINNING
APRIL 1, 19332 AND EADING i:ARCH 319 1934, AND DECLARING AN EMER-
GENCY.
WHEREAS, the budget of the City of Wichita Falls has
not been finally approved and it has been impossible to pass a
general appropriation ordinance for the year, beginning April 1,
193a, and ending March 31, 1934, and;
iIAREAS, it is necessary that appropriations be made for
the support of city government until such general appropriation
ordinance is passed.
TIEREFOF.E, BE IT ORDAIAIED BY THE BOARD OF ALDMIEN OF
THE CITY OF W I C HITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of c is hereby approp-
riated out of the general fund for the paymen of the following
expenses of city government, to wit :

SECTION 6. The fact that the above items are due and
payable and will be due and payable on or before April 16, 19330
and that no appropriation has been made to cover same, creates an
emergency and this ordinance is hereby declared an emergency
measure and shall take effect immediately after its passage and
approval and it is so ordained.
