1+'A LLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
Each licensed recording fire, lightning, tornado , wind storm
and hail insurance agent residing in 'Wichita Falls , Texas, shall keep
a record showing premiums written and losses paid each calendar year
by insurance companies represented_ by him. He shall report annually
to the City Clerk on or before January 15th of each year as follows:
Net fire , lightning, tornado , wind storm and hail insurance
premiums written (including use and occupancy, profits and commission,
rent , leasehold interest , improvements and betterments, and demolition
insurance, and all other lines of fire, lightning, tornado , wind storm
and 'nail insurance , except automobile insurance ) and net insurance
losses actually paid (losses actually paid, less only salvage , if any)
each calendar year iiithin the corporate limits of the City of [ichita
Falls , Texas .
SECTION 2.
The owner or owners of all property, real , personal and mixed,
within the corporate limits of the City of Viichita Falls , their agent
or agents , shall hereafter file a report with the City Clerk of the
City of ''aichita Falls , similar to the one provided for in Section 1
hereof, giving the amount of premiums and losses , as set out in Sec-
tion 1 , furnishing name and address of the insurance company, agent
or broker writing the insurance upon such property, where the insur-
ance is not written by local agents residing in dichita Falls, Texas.
SECTION, 3.
Any local agent residing in the City of Wichita Falls or any
person, firm, corporation or owner or the agent of such person, firm,
corporation or owner, failing or refusing to make they report herein
rec7uired irithin ten (10) days after written notice has been m 4Q a5?
to such local agent , person, firm, corporation or owner or to the
agent or representative of such person, firm, corporation or owner
asking that such report be made shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and
u]pon conviction thereof be fined. in any sum not less than Twenty-five
(425.00) Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200. 00) Dollars.
