That beginning the 1st day of July, A.D. 1933, there shall
be cl.,rp_-ed and collected from each person., firm or corporation own-

SECTION 2
That said charges shall.. be made through the office of the
V,later Department and shall be , where such -persons , firms and cor-
rorations are customers of the V,ater Department , charged upon the
tiiater bill of such -person, firm or corporation; where they are not
connected with the city water system, then said charges shall be
made by the said Water Decartr,,ient and billed in the same r-mnner as
-,rater customers are nov, billed.

That such bill shall b1-3 payable in the same manner as ..-rater
bills are novr payable and users of such sewer shall be subject to
have their water disconnected for the non-payment of such sewer bill,
and in the event they do not use city w ter, then to have said sewer

discriminated against creates an emergency, and the rule requiring
Ordinance to be read on three several days is hereby sus ended,
and this Ordinance shall take effect fror� and after its passage and
ap royal.
