SECT I ON 1.
That no person, firm or corporation shall hereafter deposit ,
glace or dump or cause to be deposited, placed or dumped, any trash,
refuse, debris , dead animals , tin cans , worn out automobiles or
parts thereof or any ,,taste rrateri.F.ls of any kind or character upon
the banks or in the bed of the Jichita River within the corporate
limits of the Oity of wic'nita Falls , Texas .
SECTION 2.
That any person, firm or corporation violating this Ordinance
upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than Ten ( 10.00 )
Dollars nor more than Iwo Hundred (4200.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3.
That the fact that the banks and bed of the aichita River

ing cleaned and that persons , firms and corporations have hereto-
fore deposited, placed and dumped trash, refuse and other waste
