AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR ($39864.00) DOLLARS OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED
BALANCE OF THE WATER FUND OF THE CITY OF WICHI TA FALLS FOR THE PURPOSE
OF MAKING PAYMENTS UPON THE REIMBURSEMENT CONTRACTS WITH THE WESZMORE-
LAND PARK COMPANY, J. CARUTHERS (WESTLAKE DRIPE) , BERT KING (RIVERCREST) ,
RAYMASSEY AMID W. B. CHAUNCEY (HIAWATHA BLVD. ) , AND ]FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY NINE CENTS ($5,737.59) TO COVER
PAYMENT OF CERTAIN BONDS NOT HERETOFORE APPROPRIATED FOR WHICH MATURED
NOVE BER 19 19339 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAIMIED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Three Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty four
($3,864.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated
balance of the Water Fund of the City of Wichita Falls for the fiscal
year beginning April 1, 1933, and ending March 31, 1934, for the pur-
pose of making payments upon water reimbursement contract which the
City of Wichita Falls has with the hereinafter named persons and
companies; such payments to be made in the amounts as hereinafter set
forth, to-wit:
Westmoreland Park Co. $29088.00
J. Caruthers (Westlake Drive) 156.00
Bert King (Rivercrest) 19290.00
Ray Massey 306.00
W. B. Chauncey (Hiawatha Blvd) 24.00
That the sum of Five Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Seven
Dollars and Fifty Nine Cents 5 7.37.59) be appropriated out of the
unappropriated balance of thejw Fund of the City of Wichita Falls
for the fiscal year beginning April 1, 1933, and ending March 31, 19349
for the purpose of making payment of certain bonds not heretofore
appropriated for which matured November 19 1933,, az(txdaa193r1a9xKz
SECTION 2.
The fact that the amounts above named are now past due and
that no appropriation has been made therefore, creates an emergency,
and the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three several days
is hereby suspended and this Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
