SECTION 5 in said election shall be, respectively, That the form of the ballotsto be used as follows: " BALLOT It ,pI.I DI'IENT Do you vote to amend the present city charter of the City* of 5ichita Falls, y Texas, b amending and changing Section 10, to provide for a mayor and six alder- men and at the election to be held in 1936, and even years thereof, a mayor a nd three aldermen shall be elected and to authorize the Board of Aldermen to call a special election in 1934 on a date to be fixed by them to choose and additional aldermen , who with the mayor and two aldermen elected in April, 1934, shall con- stitute the quota for 1934, and which said mayor and three aldermen chosen and to be chosen in 1934, together with the three aldermen chosen in 1933, and whose term of office will expire in 1935, shall constitute the Board of Aldermen of the City of 7,Ichita Falls, Texas? SECTIO 9 The fact that the present charter of the said city is inadequate, and the im- portance of the Imposed charter amendment creates and emergency, and an imperative public necessity for the suspension of the rule requiring ordinances tobe read on three several days and for the immediate taking effect of this ordinance, and such rule is hereby suspended, and this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
