ORDINANCE RENAMING CRESTVIEW ROAD TO PROFESSIONAL
DRIVE; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH
THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, a continuous street carries two names separated in name only by
another street; and
WHEREAS, for proper addressing of future development and identification by
emergency services, it has been determined that said street should carry the same
name for its length within the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Crestview Road and /or Crestview Memorial Road are hereby
named Professional Drive.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
