ORDINANCE PARTIALLY WAIVING SECTION 4620 B, SCREENING
REQUIREMENTS, OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR 4015 LAKE
PARK DRIVE ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, a request has been made to omit a portion of a required buffering
fence at 4015 Lake Park Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, deems that the
proposed waiver will be in the public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 4620 B, Screening Requirements, of the Zoning Ordinance,
is hereby waived for Lot 1, Block L, Park Place, Wichita Falls, Texas, also known as
4015 Lake Park Drive. Such waiver shall be under the condition that the east 180 feet
of the required fence shall be constructed while allowing the fence to be omitted along
the remaining portion of the north property line. The required fence shall be as shown
on the attached map, incorporated in this ordinance as Attachment "A."
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
