AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM GENERAL FUND
EQUITY TO 100 - 8710 -72170 IN THE AMOUNT OF $100,000; FINDING
AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That $100,000.00 is hereby appropriated from general fund equity
to account number 100 - 8710 -72170 to offset expenses recently incurred in the defense
of various lawsuits by outside counsel.
SECTION 2. That it is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
