ORDINANCE REZONING 1420 33RD STREET, LOT 24, BLOCK 29, HILLCREST ADDITION FROM RESIDENTIAL MIXED USE TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended rezoning 1420 33`d Street, Lot 24, Block 29, Hillcrest Addition From Residential Mixed Use to General Commercial; And WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, deems that the proposed rezoning of the area hereafter described is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan and will be in the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. The property described as 1420 33rd Street, Lot 24, Block 29, Hillcrest Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas, is hereby zoned General Commercial. Said property is shown on the attached map, incorporated in this ordinance as Attachment "A SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law. PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of March 2001.
