AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 17 -2001 TO REPLACE
CERTAIN ELECTION OFFICIALS; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, City Council adopted Ordinance No. 17 -2001 wherein Exhibit A
listed the election officers appointed to conduct the May 5, 2001 General Municipal
Election; and
WHEREAS, Several of those appointed officers are unable to serve as election
officers; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. That Exhibit A attached hereto hereby replaces the previous Exhibit
A attached to Ordinance No. 17 -2001.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
