ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION 4620 (A) OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE WHICH REQUIRES THE PLACEMENT OF A SIX (6) FOOT
TALL PRIVACY FENCE ALONG A SINGLE - FAMILY BOUNDARY AT
2732 MIDWESTERN PARKWAY; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the representative of property located at 2732 Midwestern Parkway
has requested a waiver of Section 4620 (A) of the Zoning Ordinance governing the
placement of a six (6) foot tall privacy fence along a single - family zoning district
boundary; and
WHEREAS, placing a fence at this location is in conflict with Section 15'/2 -63 of
the Code of Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the public interest to waive this
ordinance hereafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 4620 (A) of the Zoning Ordinance, governing the
placement of a six (6) foot tall privacy fence along a single - family zoning boundary, is
hereby waived for 2732 Midwestern Parkway, Lot 3C, Parkway Addition, Wichita Falls,
Texas.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
