Resolution Authorizing The Purchase And Installation Of Carpet For
The Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall Through The Cooperative Purchasing
Network From Tandus US, LLC. In The Amount Of $130,533.32
WHEREAS, TExas Loca� GOVERNMENT CODE sections 271.101 and 271.102
exempt items purchased through interlocal cooperative purchasing contracts from the
State's competitive bidding requirements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls has passed a resolution
approving the participation in such cooperative agreements; and
WHEREAS, Tandus US, LLC, is offering the purchase and installation of carpet
through The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN), and the City Council finds that it
is in the City's best interest to purchase product and services through TCPN.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
City staff is authorized to execute all documents necessary for the purchase and
installation of carpet for the Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall from Tandus US, LLC., in the
amount of $130.533.32, through The Cooperative Purchasing Network.
