ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF BLOCK I, R.E. MONTGOMERY
SUBDIVISION, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, FROM GENERAL
COMMERCIAL TO RIVER DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, The Planning And Zoning Commission recommend rezoning all of
Block I, R.E. Montgomery Subdivision, Wichita Falls, Texas, from General Commercial
to River Development District; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, deems that the
proposed rezoning of the area hereafter described will be in the public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The property described as all of Block I, R.E. Montgomery
Subdivision, Wichita Falls, Texas, shown as Attachment "A" and incorporated in this
ordinance, be rezoned from General Commercial to River Development District zoning.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
