AN ORDINANCE MAKING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS OUT OF THE
GENERAL FUND FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE CITY GOVERN '&SENT FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING APRIL 19 1934, AND ENDING MARCH 31,
1935, AND DECLARING AN ENERGENCY.
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make certain
emergency expenditures not anticipated or provided in the
regular appropriation ordinance,
NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDEPMN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FAILS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the sum of One Thousand Nine Hundred and Nine
($1,909.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated out of the general
fund for the current fiscal year to pay the following accounts :
Account ##ls Mayor's traveling expenses- $25.00
n #29 City Manager's traveling
expenses- .00
#3: Election officers- 250.00
#306 s Refund of taxes paid in error- 1609.00
Total- $1909.00.
SECTION 2.
The fact that the above items are not included in the reg-
ular appropriation Ordinance, have accrued and are now past due
creates an emergency requiring suspension of the rule requir-
ing that Ordinances be read on three separate days and such
rule is hereby suspended
