AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF RELEASING THE INTEREST AND
PENAZ:TIES ON ALL DELINQUENT AD VAvOREM TAXES THAT WERE DELIN-
QUENT ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 1, 1934, DUE THE CITY OF a3ICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, PROVIDED S:SA'fE ARE PAID BEFORE MARCH 15, 1935:
PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINAWCES IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE
ARE EXPRESSLY SUSPENDED DUHING THE TERMS OF TrIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF

Section 1. That all interest and penalties that have accrued on all
ad valorem taxes that were delinquent on or before August 1, 1934, due the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, shall be and the same are hereby released, provided said ad
valorem taxes are paid on or before March 15, 1935.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby expressly suspended during the terms
of this ordinance, in so far as the same are in conflict with the provisions hereof.
