WICHITA FALLS. TEXAS:

SECTION 2.
That bills for such electricity and electrical energy
shall become due and shall be presented on the first day
of the month following the furnishing of such electricity
and such bills shall be subject to a discount of ten per
(10%) cent if paid on or before the loth day of said month.
SECTION 3.
That any person, firm, corporation. receiver or lessee ,
or the manager. agent or employee of any such person, firm
corporation. receiver or lessee so furnishing electricity
and electrical energy in the City of Wichita Falls who shall
violate any of the rovisions of this Ordinance shall be
fined Two Hundred ( 200.00 ) Dollars upon conviction in the
corporation court of the City of Wichita Falls and each and
every- day of such violation shall constitute a separate of-
fense.
SECTION 4.
That any customer or user of electricity and electri-
cal energy, whether for commercial or domestic use , within
the City of Wichita Falls who is charged more per month
for such electricity than is provided for in this Ordinance
shall have the right to recover in any court having juris-
diction as penalties from such person, firm. corporation,
receiver or lessee not less than Twenty-five ($25.00) Dol-
lars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each
and every day such unlawful charge is made.
