BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE

Kr all of which no revenue is aerivea therefromsshall
have the use ana benefit of such city water as may be
reasonable ana necessary,so long as it is not use8. in
a wasteful manners within such builaings for al1jurposess
ana for all grounas aajacent ana contiguous ther o, or
watering or irrigating the soilsl.awns ,flowers,shrubbery,
trees or other vegetation thereon,for all of which, tbere
shall be a charge of not less nor more than ONE ($1.00)
DOLLAR per year for each organization.
