AN ORDINANCE MAKING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED
BALANCE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE FISCAL YEAR FOR ThE SUPPORT OF THE CITY GOVERN-
12NT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGIN1,JNG APRIL 1, 1935, AND ENDING LARCH 31, 193�,j AND
DECLARING AN ELMGENCY.
�'.BEREAS, there was on hand at the beginning of the fiscal year an
unappropriated cash balance, and,
'a1HEREAS, it has been found necessary to make certain emergency expendi-
tures not anitcipated or provided in the regular appropriation ordinance,
NOW, lllih��EFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDEWEN OF THE CITY
OF '4ICHITA FALLS;
SECTION 1. That the sun of $5,321.14 is hereby appropriated out of
the General Fund for the current fiscal year to pay the following accounts:

32 Food & Milk Control 1,380.00
36 Sanitary Sewer Laintenance 60.80

SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated out of the JiXftixft Street
Fund the sum of to cover the following items:

SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated out of the Park Fund the
sum of $677.53 to cover the following items:

SECTION 4. That there is hereby appropriated out of the .'later Fund
the sum of 41,664.48 to cover the following iterm:

Total $1,664.48
SECTION 5. The fact that the above expenditures are necessary for
the functioning of the city Covernment, creates an emergency requiring sus-
pension of the rules requiring that ordinances be read on three separete days
and such rules are hereby suspended and this ordinance is hereby declared an
emergency meaaure and shall take effect inmediately after its passage and
approval,
