EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BEY THE BOARD OF -ALDER11,TIN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1099 passed
and approved on the 6th day of September, A. D. 1932J. is hereby
expressly repealed.
The fact that it is necessary to consolidate
the departments immediately in order to reduce expenses of operat-
ing the City Government creates an emergency; and the rule re-
quiring the reading of 6rdinances on three several days is hereby
suspended and this ordinance shall take effect from and after its
passage and approval.
