BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF JICHITA FALLS9 Tli_'�03 :
SECTION 1.
That it shall hereafter be unlawful for the owner of
any filling station, his agents, servants or employees, or
other business conducted within the City of Wichita Falls,
to clean the driveways, floors and ground connected with such
business by flushing or sweeping into the street any waste
oil, dirt, water or any other substance, so that there may be
left on the surface of the street such oil, waste matter,
dirt or water; and such premises shall be cleaned so as not
to remove to the surface of the streets in this city any such
oil, waste matter, dirt or water.
6E(::TION 2.
Any person, firm or corporation, their agents, ser-
vants or employees, violating this Ordinance shall be fined upon
conviction in the Corporation Court in any sum not more than
