AN ORDINANCE KAMNG AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE CITY-
GOVERM.UXT UL71L TIE FINAL ADOPTION OF A BUDGET AND PASSAGE OF A GE1MRAL
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE YEAR BEGINNING qRIL 1, 1936, � ING

�'MEREAS, the budget of the City of Wichita Falls has not been finally
approved and it has been impossible to pass a"general appropriation ordinance
for the year beginning April 1, 1936, and ending March 31 1937, and;
Y,EEREAS, it is necessary that appropriations be made for the support
of the city government until such general appropriation ordinance is passed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY ME BOARD OF ALDEEVIEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHI""A FALLS, TE-XAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $19,'059.68 is hereby appropriated out of
the General Fund for payment of the following expense of the city govemment

SECTION 6. The fact that the above it Ems are due and payable and
will be due and payable for t1je entire month of June for salaries and labor
and month of L'ay for material and supplies, and that no appropriation has been
made to cover same, creates an emergency, and this ordinance is hereby declared
an emergency measure and shall take effect immediately after its passage and
approval, and it is so ordained.
