AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANOMG THE ALLEY RUNNING NORTH AND SOUTH AND
EAST AND W THROUGH BLOCK 93 OF THE ORIGINAL TOWNSITE OF WICHITA FALLS, WICHITA
COONTYP TEXAS, AND DZCLARIM AN M&ERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERM OF TEIR CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the alley running north and south and east and west
through Block 93 of the Original Townsite of Wichita Falls, Wichita County,,
Texas, be, and the same is hereby closed and abandoned.
SECTION 2. That the -said City of Wichita Falls, Texas, hereby retains
easements in and across said land and along the said alley fbr the purpose of laying
and running all character of public utility lines, including sewer, water, gas,
electricity, telephone, telegraph and power lineso
SECTION 3. The fact that Ordinance No. 610, passed and approved August
109 1925, apparently attempts to close this alley but is ambigious and not clear
in purpose, creates an emergency, and the rule providing that ordinances be read
on three several days be and is here now suspended and this ordinance shall take
effect from and after its passage*

BE IT O'RDAIMD BY THE BOARD OF ALDEM-IN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
