SECTION 1. There shell be levied f assessed, end collected fcr the

the assessed value Of all property within the limits of the City Of Wichita
subject to taxation under the Charter of said City for the purpose

warrants heretofore legally issued against the Park Fund, Said tex to be
levied, assessed, collected, eM deposited in what is known as the Park Fund,
SECTION 4. There shell be levied, assessed, end collected for the
year A. D. 1937 an ad valorem tex of three (3�) cents on each tlOO-00 Of the
assessed value of ell property within the limits Of said CitY subject to texa-
tion under the Charter of said City for the purpose of me-intainilag, improving
and operating the public librery in and for said City* Said tax to be levied,
assessed, collectedl end deposited in what is known es the Library Fund*
SECTION 5. There shall be leviedt assessed, end colleeted for the
year I., D. 1937 an ad velorem tax of fifty (50�f) cents on each $100.00 of the
assessed vnlue of all property within the limits of spid City subject to taxa-
tion under the Charter of spid City for the purpose of pe,
ying interest on, and
creating a ginking Fund for redemption thereof of the hereinafter described
bonds which hove been heretofore legelly issued for the purposes hereinafter
set forth.

dated June 1, 1936, maturing June 1, 1969.
SECTION 6. There shell be levied, assessed, end collected from every
person, firm, corporation, company, or association of persons , following or
pursuing any occupetion taxable under the laws of the State of Texas end the
Charter end ordinance,-; of the City of Tffichita Falls, one helf of the amount
payable to the Stete under the Jews of the State of Texas, for following or
pursuing said occupation. Any person, firm, corporation, or essociation of
persons, who shell follow or pursue any occu--Doti-on, calling, or profession,
or do eny act taxable under the provisions of the State laws, or who shpll
represent es agent, Lmny person, firm, corporation, company, or association
of persons, following any occupation so taxed, without having paid the tax
required by law, shall upon conviction in the Corporption Court or any court
heving jurisdiction hereof be fined in eny sum not less then the tax due nor
more then double arid amount, and any one prosecuted for the violation of said
low shall have theright to hpvn his case dismissed upon the peyment of the tax
