RUNNING THROUGH Fhoivi ALMA STREET To ELEVENTH STREET.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen after an inspection and
investigation of the closing of said portion Of alley running from
the West side of Alma Street to its Intersection with Eleventh Street
deems it for the best Interest Of all concerned that said portion
of alley be closed and abandoned, and that the rights of the public
will not be effected, particularly inasmuch as this portion of the
alley has been closed by voluntary consent of the public since about
the year 1920.

OF THE CITY OF� WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
That portion of the alley be closed and abandoned Is
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot number
sixteen (16) in Block No. Two Hundred and Sixty-
three (263) of the Canfield' s Subdivision of the
City Of I-Vichita Falls ., Texas: THENCE East with the
South line of said Lot 129-7 feet to a stake;
THENCE In a Southeasterly direction In direct line
to the Northeast corner of Lot No. One (1) in
Block No. Five (5) of the Southland Addition;
THENCE West 150 feet to the Northw*st corner of
said Lot No One (1 ) , Block No. Five (5) Southland
Addition; LENCE North with East line of Alley
through said Block No. Five (5) to the South line
of Eleventh Street ; THENCE North 55J degrees East
with South line Of Eleventh Street to the place
of beginning.
