line of Highway No. 30, and being within the city limits of Wichita
Falls, Texas$ as shown by said map or plat$ is not suitable or neces-
sary for city purposes and is uninhabited, and
ViTEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City Of Wichita
Falls , Texas, desires to chanSe the present city limits so as to
exclude the above described tract of land from within the city
limits of the City of Wichita Fall-_ 2 Texas.

OF THE CITY OF luVICHITA, FAIJ.S, T`E-yr.AS :
SECTION 1. That the present city limits of the City of
Wichita Falls , Texas , be$ and the same are hereby changed so as to
hereafter follow the designated boundary line as shoi�rn by the map
and plat attached hereto and made a part hereof and being fully
described by metes and bounds as follOws� to-wit :
BEGI'j%TNING at the present city limit line where
same crosses the East line Of' John V. Wheeler
Survey, Abstract 377 ; Thence vVest 796 feet ;
Thence South 1094 feet; Thence West 660 feet to
an intersection with the present city limit line ;
Thence South with present city limit line 1146
feet to the South line of said John V. Wheeler
Survey, same -being at the Southwest corner of
North Morningside Park.
