E0j9"., That all advalorem taxes due the City of Wichita Falls for
the year of j939 and all subsequent years shall become dus on October lot of
each year and may be Wd in two equal installments. The first installment
to be paid on or before November lot and the second installment to be paid
on or before May lot of each year.
§MT0.511- That upon, failure to pay the first installment of tax*$ On
or before November lot of each year the entire amount shall become delinquent
and there will be added a penalty of ton par *ent and shall draw interest at
the rat* of six per cent per annum until paidp unless said taxes are paid in
full on or before February lot of "ch subsequent year,* provided,, however$ if
the first installment of taxes is paid on o-- before November lot of each Yearj,
the last half may be paid on or before May lot of each succeeding year without
penalty and interest,. but if the last half is not paid on or before May lot
there shall be addod a penalty of ton per cost and draw interest at the rate
of six per cent per annum until paid*
