BRIDWELL STREET AND C IrTAN AVENUE AND THROUGH M12MR AND WALKER SUB-
DIVISION AND BLOCK B OF THE STEHLICK AND BABER SUBDIVISION AND SAID PRO-
FERTY BEING .BOUNLED ON THE NORTH BY ARDATH AVENUE AND ON THE SOUTH .BY
SPEEDWAY AVENUE., AND BEING IN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS., AND

Whereas., the owners of the Mytinger and Walker Subdivision and
Block B of Stehlick and Baber Subdivision lying between Bridwell street.,
Carrigan Avenue, Ardath Avenue and Speedway Avenue desire to replat and
subdivide said property., and
Whereas, no utilities have been placed on said property and
there appears no objection to the closing of said alley by adjacent pro-
perty owners.
NOW., THEREFOREj BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDEWN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLSj, TEYAS: .

SECTION -1� That the alley running East and West between Bridwell
Street and Carrigan Avenue and through Nytinger and Walker Subdivision and
Block B of Stehlick and Baber Subdivision in the City of 'ffichita Falls., which

way Avenue, be., and the same is hereby closed and vacated.
