ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE DEFINING MILK AND CERTAIN MILK PRODUCTS; MILK
PRODUCERS; PASTEURIZATION; ETC., PROHIBITING THE SALE OF ADULERATED
AND MISBRANDED MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS; REQUIRING PERMITS FOR TTE SAU
OF MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS; REGULATING THE INSPECTION OF DAIRY FAk= AND
VILK PLANTS; TEXTING, GRADING, IABELING, FLACARDING, PASTEURIZATION

DISTRIBUTION, SALE, AND DENATURING OF MILK AMI, MILK PRODUCTS;
PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLISHING OF MILK MADES; THE =STRUCTION OF FUTURE

HEALTH SERVICE MILK CODE OF 1936. SAID SECTION 15 OF SAID ORDINANCE
SHALL HEREARTER READ AS FOLL01%, TO-WIT:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALIER1,0\T OF THEE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1* That Section 15 of Ordinance No. 588$ entitled,
"An Ordinance defining milk and certain milk products, milk producers,
pasteurizgtion, etc, ; prohibiting the sale of adulerated and misbranded
milk and milk products; reouiring permits for the sale of milk and Ailk
products; regulating the inspection of dairy farms and milk plants; '
testing$ grading, labeling, placardings pastuerizations regrading ea
le'
distribution and denaturing of milk and milk products; profiding for the
publishing of milk grades; the construction of future dairies and milk
plants; the enforcement of this ordinance, and the fixing of penalties.,,
shall hereafter read as follows, to-wit:
SECTION 15 All dairies and milk plants from, which milk or
milk products are supplied to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, which
are hereafter constructed, reconstructed or extensively altered, shall
conform id their construction with the requirements and standards of the
United States Public Health Service Milk Ordinance,
The provisions of this ordinance shall be enforced withthe
interpretations thereof contained in the 1936 edition of the United
States Public Health Service Milk Code, and should this ordinance or any
provisions conflict with the requirements and standards of the said United
States Public Health Zervice Milk Code, the regulations and requirements
of the United States Public Service Milk Code shall govern and supersede
the conflicting provisions or sections of this ordinance.
