election held in said City on the UK day of
keptember, 1936, for the purpose of improv-
ing, enlarging, extending and repairing the
Waterworks System of said City, and which said
Trust Indenture was executed by the keyor and
City Clerk in accordance with Ordinance No.
13089 passed and adopted by the Board of
Aldermen on the 23rd day of September, 1940,
recorded in Book No. 80 of the Ordinance
heoords of said Gity; approving and confirming
the execution of such Trust Indenture by the
kayor and City Clark, respectively, of the City
of Wichita Falls, Texas; onacting provisions
incident and relating to the subject and pur-
pose of this ordinance; and declaring an
maergency.11

be derived from the operation thereof, and which said Indenture

Volume 24,, page 6051, of the Dead of Trust Records of Lrcher
County, Texas, and reference thereto is hereby made for a
description of the proportion mortgaged and pledgeds the
nature of the security, the rights of the holders of said
bonds, rind of the Trustee, and of the City, in respect of
such security; such bonds having been authorized by ordinance
