Underwood Street from Leroy Street to Jasper Street ; and Jasper
Street from Yern Street to Bond Street, all located and situat-
ed within the corporate limits of the City of Vichita Palls,
Texas, be and the same are hereby closed.

That all light, title and interest of the City of'
Vichita lrlls in and to the above described streets so clos-
ed is hereby transferred to the V4ater Department of the City
of nichita Palls, Texas , to be used by said Department in
connection with the water works system and plant of said City
of 0chita Palls, Texas .
