of all concerned that said alley be closed -and abandoned and that the interests
of the property owner or o,,,mers and public will not be injured.

SECTION 1.
That the alley across Block 57 of the Original 'own to the City
of 'Wichita Falls, which extends from Lincoln Street to NorthBrook Avenue and
separating Lots 4,, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of said Block 57,be, and the same is
hereby closed and abandoned - J_
provided, however, there is reserved a right-of-
way and easement to the City of '�dchita Falls for the laying of a sewer line
along said alley, with the right of ingress and egress thereto for the purpose
of maintaining said sewer line.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance is passed for the purpose of relieving the City
of "vichita Falls from any further expense and -liability for the maintenance
and upkeep of said alley and to better serve the owner of Block 57., and the
further fact that the closing of such alley will not injure the rights of
other property owners.
PASSED AND APPROVED, this the day of November D., 1940.
