SECTION 3
RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO TRAMR CAIU'S:
(a) All land used as a trailer camp shall be located on well drained
sites of ample size., free from heavy or dense growth of brush or
weeds. The land shall be free from marsh and shall be graded to
insure rapid drainage during and following rains.
(b) Every trailer camp shall have city water connections furr:Ls'hi.�_i,�

(c) Every trailer cavap shall have % minimum. of one toilet for each sex
and every ten units or fraction thereof and one shower or bathtub
for each sex and each ten units or fraction thereof.
(d) All toilets and showers or tubs shall be placed in properly construc-
ted buildings located not ;riore '611--vi three hundred (300) feet from any
unit.
(e) In addition -to the above toilet and bath buildiiVs., there sh--jal be
placed a properly constructed buildLtV conveni-ent,1v located to all,
units vfUlch shall co-Irtain one slop sink for each ten units or frac-
t-ion thereof where can toilets are to be cleaned,, unless each trai'ler
is connected tl r 7,-_-wer system.
SECTION 4
(a) Each operator of a trailer camp, as herein defined, shall keep a
well bound book or register upon which each' owner of -an automobile
and trailer shall be required to reSls�,er upon entering said trailer
cxiyp�, the followino infonaation:

The name and address of the owner of said equipment; the make of the
automobile; the license number of the automobile and trailer; toge-
ther with the number of persons using the same, and shall be subject
to inspection by the police and health department of the City of Wich-
ita Falls, and all other health departments and peacecf-ficars.
SECTIqU
LICENSE:
(a) No person., firm, or corporation., other than the City of Wichita Falls
shall maintain or operate any trailer camp within the City of Wichita
Falls without first obtaining therefor a License., said license shall
be issued by the City Clerk upon the payment of a fee therefor of
Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars for the first ten units, and Fifteen
($15.00) Dollars for each succeeding ten units or fraction thereof.,
such license shall not be issued until said applicant shall have first
estal-Aished to the satisfaction of the City Health Department that
said trailer caA. .o co,,.Vlies with all health and sanitary regulations
of the City of Achita Falls,, and all other provisions of this ordinance.
(b) The license provided for by this ordinance shall expire on the 31st day
of December of each year following the issuance of the same,, and no
license shall b�,- issued for a sum less than -the annual fee as herein
provided. Said license shall not be transferrable., without the approval
0 f the Board of i1ldermen.

W Each person, firm or corporation desiring to secure a license to operate
a trailer camp shall file with the City Clerk an application in writing
giving the location of said camp., the name of the owner or owners there-
of and the number of units for which a license is desired with such
other information as nlay be reTaired 71�1,,- the City Clerk.
SECTI2N_J
(a) It shall be the duty of the Health Department to assist in the
enforceme.rA -.)f all of the provisions of this ordinance-, ;)-qd for
bhe purpose of securing enforcement thereof., the Health Officer
or any of his duly authori:,,-ed representatives., shall have the
right and are hereby empowered to enter upon the premises of W
automobile trailer camp now operating., or which may hereafter be
operated within the Citycf Wichita Falls to inspect same and all
acconmodations connected therewith.
SECTION 6
REVOCATION OR SUSPF21SION OF PERMIT:
(a) VW permit granted hereunder shall be subject to revocation or
suspension by the Board of Udenaen of the City of TiVichita Falls
in the followitig manner, to-wit:
A notice shall be served on the holder of said permit, notifying
him to appear before the Board of Aldermen at a day and hour there-
in specified,, not less than three Jrs aft��r t1-1-

at said time �xid place why said permit should not be revoked or sus-

holdin- said -permit shall have the ri,�-ht to appear in person or 1-)y

officers of the Yealth Department shall confront said pernit holder
v,�ith any- charoes that said depaitri--ent iaay have against hix.,t., and
Zater said hearing the Doard Alderraen may at its discretion revoke
or suspend the perrait.
SECTION7
PFULUTY:
(a) Any person., firm or corporation who shall violate or fail to comply
vdth any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be punished by
a fine of not less than Five U5.00) Dollars,, nor more than nl,.)o
Hundred (e"200.00) Dollars.
SECTION 8
This ordinance shnll be in effect from and after its paqzzaze and
publication, as required by law.
