SENT OF ALL PROPERTY 011NER6 IN THE ADDITION., AND COMPLAINT FL-wIliG
BEEN J.1ADE BY CERTAIN PROPERTY UNNERS IVITHOUT NOTICE OR RIGHT OF
HEARING.
And, whereas., since the closing of said street certain
property owners adjacent to the same., have filed objections to
the passing of Ordinance No. 1304 closing the portion of said
street therein described, for the reason they were not given notice
of application to close said street or public hearing thereon, and
Whereas, the board of Aldermen desire that said Ordinance
be repealed, and that public hearing be had on an application if
filed to close said street in order that all interested parties may
be heard thereon.
NOW., THEREFORE., BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALLER!TV
OF THE; CITY OF 'WICHITA FALLS:
That Ordinance No. 1304, be, and the same is hereby in
all things repealed,, and this Ordinance shall become effective on
its passage and approval by the Board of Aldermen.
