V#1MEAS,, an application has been filed with the board of
Aldermen by J. H. Campbell, requesting the Council to close the
-above mentioned Street in order that Blocks 39 and 40 of said
!d1ler L�ubdivision could oe resubdivided according to a map of
UcCamp Second �ddition to the �;ity of Wichita Falls, Texas, being
a Subdivision of blocks 39 and 40 of 5aid "ller Subdivision., and
after an inspection of a plat submitted with reference to the clos-
ing of said Street running between Blocks 39 and 40, R. L. laller
Subdivision, and extending from the North side of Speedway Avenue
to the South side of Twenty-Sixth Street in said Addition, the board
of �ldermen of the City of T dichita Falls, deems it for the oest in-
terest of all concerned that said Street be closed and abandoned,
and that the interest of the property owner or owners and public will
not be injured.
LOW, THE1ZEFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDEFU.IN OF
THE CITY OF _4ICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTIOV 1. That the Street dividing Blocks 39 and 40 of
the 1Z. L. Id1ler Subdivision., extending from the 11-4orth side of
Speedway Avenue to the South side of Twenty-sixth Street, be, and
the same is hereby closed, and abandoned.
