Whereas, If. A. Littiken., Eli Morgan and W. P. Morgan has filed a
Petition with the Board of Aldermen of the City of IvIlichita Falls Texas,,
requesting the closing of Gulf Street and the alley running betwe"en Lots
6 and 71 Block 1 of the Robert Elliott Addition
after consideration of said petition and findin p and the Board of Aldermen
that will be served by Gulf Street and the alle g that all of the property
longs to the Petitioners and deems it to the be y., herein described,, be-
owners that the street and alley be closed and st interest of said property
abandoned.. and that the
closing of the same would not affect the rights of the public in any
Manner.

CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
Section 1.
That Gulf Street and the alley to be closed and abandoned is de-
scribed as follows, to-wit:

Gulf Street beginning at the South boundary line of
Chester Street and dividing blocks 1 and 2 of the
Robert Elliott Addition to the City of 'l-Vichita Falls.,
and extending to the North line of Lot 7 of said
Addition.
A LL E Y
Beginning at the West boundary line of Gulf Street
and extending to the East boundary line of Holliday
Street and dividing Lots 6 and 7 of the Robert
Elliott Addition to the City of Wichita Fallsp Texas.
Le ction 2.
This ordinance is passed for the purpose of assisting the property
owners to secure better use of their property and for the purpose of relieving
the City Of Wicf)ita Falls of any further expense and liability for the main-
tenance and upkeep of said Gulf Street and alley
closed and abandoned. j, above described., being hereby
