The word "past euriz rld" as used herein --hall have the same meaning as

and shall be taken to refer to the process of heating every particle of milk or
milk products to a temperatLu-e of riot less than 143 degrees F. and holding such
tern�),erature for not leas than 30 minutes in approved past euri zation apparatus.

violate any of the provisions or requirei-aents of this ordinance shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor, Dnd upon conviction thereof, sha-11 be punished by a fine
not exceedin,-, the sum of 4200.00; and each sale or offer for sale and each day's
posses-9-21on for the purpose of sale shall constitute a separate offense.
SECTION 16.
Should any section, paragraph, clause or �)hrase hereof be declared to
be void or unconstitutional
., such holdings sha.11 not affect the other valid
pm-vis-Ii-ons of this ordinance and same shall remain in full force and effect.
