best interest of public safety, convenience, necessity and Ivelfare
of the citizens and adjacent property owners if said '.Iley be closed.

of �,ichita Falls of any further expenses and Liability for the main-
tenance and upkeep of said a'-ley and the same is hereby closed and
abandoned.
