SECTION 1: That Whereas, an unusual demand has been made
by the citizens of Wichita Falls, Texas, requesting a repeal of
the above Ordinance in order that circuses may show within the
corporate limits of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, within the
period of time now prohibited by Ordinance No. 416.
NMI, TIE'REFORI�, Ordinance No. 416, passed and approved on
the 1st day of August, A. D., 1922, be, and the same is, hereby
repealed so that the said Ordinance shall be of no further force
and effect and this Ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage and approval.
