AN ORDINANCE; MAKING IT UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON TO
INTRUDE OR TRESPASS UPON THE PRDvIISES OF ANOT11E . IN THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEAS, WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE
OVINER OR OCCUPANT OF SUCH PREMISES, PRESCRIBING A PENALTY,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF TIDE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS-*
SECTION 1.
That it shall hereafter be unlawful for any person
to intrude or trespass upon the premises of another in the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, without the consent of the
owner or occupant of such premises.
SECTION 2.
Any person who shall violate this Ordinance shall
upon conviction in a court of competent jurisdiction be
punished by a fine of not less than Ten Dollars, nor more
than Two Hundred Dollars.
SECTION 3.
The fact that there is no law now prohibiting
trespasses in the City of Wichita Falls, and the fact that
many persons are now going upon the premises of others at
night time and other inappropriate times creates an emer-
gency; and the rule requiring the reading of Ordinances
on three several days is hereby suspended, and this Ordi-
nance shall take effect from and after its passage and ap-
proval.
