u"MREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the Cit,- of lichita Falls has
been requested by interested parties to change the name of 'i%7enty-sixth Street,
between Holliday and Carrigan, to Victory Street, and
7HERZAS, the Board of Lldermen believe it to be to the best interest
of the public that said request be granted and the change in the name of the
street be made,
