WriERiAS, an application has been filed with the Board of
Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, requesting the City
Council to cancel and terminate the dedication of an alley
running mast and West from California Street to Colorado Street,
said alley lying between Galveston Street and Sari Antonio Street
in Block 31, J. A. Kemp Addition to the City of Wichita Fails,
Texas , and,
WH1LRLIAS, a petition has been filed by all of the present
owners of land adjoining said alley requesting that the same
be closed.

SECTION 1; That the alley running East And West from
California Street to Colorado Street between Galveston Street
and San Antonio Street and located within Block 31 of the J. A.
Kemp Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, is hereby
closed and abandoned.
SECTION 2 ; The adjoining owners having requested the
closing of said alley, and having agreed that the City of
Wichita Falls may enter the property for the purpose of main-
taining a sanitary sewer and other utilities, the right is
hereby reserved by the City of Wichita Falls to enter said
property for the purpose of maintaining a sanitary sewer and
other utilities.
