Resolution awarding bid and contract for the 2015 CDBG Waterline
Replacement Project to Bowles Construction, Co. in the amount of
$253,957
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2015 CDBG
Waterline Replacement Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Bowles
Construction, Co., who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $253,957.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2015 CDBG Waterline Replacement Project is awarded
to Bowles Construction, Co., in an estimated total amount of $253,957.00, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contrac tor for the
construction of such project.
